Position: Experienced - Leasing Professional   

We seek an experienced leasing professional based in Irving, Texas, to join our Mission at La Villita Apartments team. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, and build rapport with prospects and residents.

Compensation: $19 - $22 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses  

What You Will Do:      

  • Engage and welcome guests upon entering
  • Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents
  • Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment/community, overcome objections, and lease apartments
  • Follow up and follow through with prospects and residents to complete tasks promptly
  • Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents to policy and procedures
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs
  • Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service.
  • Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests
  • Be dependable for Saturday working hours and several days during the week.

What You Will Bring:

  • Must have a minimum of 1-year of apartment leasing experience.
  • Advanced customer service and sales skills
  • Passion for assisting others
  • Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiasm for new challenges, and desire to grow personally and professionally.
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals.
  • Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office, Yardi, and CRM.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting goals, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
