Position: Part-Time Leasing Professional (Previous property leasing experience required) 

 

At Gaines Investment Trust, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service to our guests and residents while offering comfortable and well-maintained apartment homes. We seek to hire a Scottsdale, AZ-based, experienced Part-Time Leasing Professional to join our Ventana Apartments team.

 

Your role is to assist guests and residents, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, and build rapport.

Competitive Compensation: $19 - $21 per hour (based on experience)
 

What You Will Do:

  • Engage and welcome guests upon entering.
  • Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents.
  • Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment/community, overcome objections, and lease apartments.
  • Follow up with prospects and residents to promptly complete tasks.
  • Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents to policy and procedures.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs.
  • Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service.
  • Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests.
  • Be dependable for Friday, Saturday, and Monday working hours. Flexibility with schedule.

 

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of leasing experience in property management, sales, and customer service, plus the following credentials/skills:

  • Currently resides within the Scottsdale, AZ area, or a 25-minute commute.
  • Passion for assisting others.
  • Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiasm about new challenges, and a desire to Grow personally and professionally.
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals.
  • Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office and Yardi
  • Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting goals, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
