Location: Pavilions at Pantano Apartments | Tucson, AZ

Compensation: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience), plus monthly performance bonuses

Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, skillset, and overall fit for the role. Candidates with directly related groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance experience may be considered toward the higher end of the pay range.

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Groundskeeper to join our team at Pavilions at Pantano Apartments in Tucson, Arizona. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of our apartment community. What You Will Do

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of the apartment community

• Pick up trash and debris and keep common areas, walkways, and outdoor spaces clean and presentable

• Perform general groundskeeping duties and pressure washing as needed

• Assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the property and report areas needing attention

• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and property issues promptly

• Help ensure amenities and common areas provide a clean and welcoming experience for residents and guests

• Work collaboratively with the maintenance and property management teams to maintain community standards

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents, guests, and team members

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while taking pride in the appearance of the community

What You Bring

• One or more years of groundskeeping, landscaping, property maintenance, or related experience preferred

• Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards

• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative

• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping outdoor spaces clean and well-maintained

• Commitment to providing excellent service and contributing to a positive community environment

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to perform physical work, including walking the property, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
