Experienced Bilingual Leasing Professional (English/Spanish)

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to prospects and residents while driving leasing activity, maintaining occupancy, and contributing to the overall success of a fast-paced apartment community.

Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and currently reside near the Plano, TX area.

Compensation: $20 – $22 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses.

Compensation is determined based on relevant multifamily leasing experience, bilingual communication skills, overall qualifications, and demonstrated ability to contribute immediately to the success of the community.

This role provides opportunities for continued growth within leasing and property management.

What You Will Do:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused manner
• Conduct engaging apartment tours and effectively present the community, amenities, and available apartment homes
• Build relationships with prospective residents and consistently follow up to convert leads into leases
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Utilize Yardi Voyager and CRM systems to maintain accurate prospect and resident information
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both prospective and current residents while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Assist with resident retention initiatives and support a positive resident experience
• Collaborate with the onsite team to maintain a well-presented, welcoming community
• Effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organization and follow-through
• Required schedule includes every Saturday and four weekdays

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of multifamily leasing experience 
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) 
• Proven ability to meet leasing goals while providing exceptional customer service
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
