Assistant Community Manager
Description
We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager (Bilingual in English and Spanish) based in the North Dallas, TX area to join our team.
Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, collect/post rent, manage renewals, attend court proceedings, and build rapport with prospects and residents.
- Engage and welcome guests upon entering
- Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents
- Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment/community, overcome objections, and lease apartments
- Follow up with prospects and residents to complete tasks promptly
- Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents according to policy and procedures
- Collect and post rent, manage evictions
- Manage lease renewals
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs
- Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service.
- Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests
- Be dependable for Tuesday - Saturday working hours
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of Assistant Property Manager experience within the multifamily housing industry, plus the following credentials/skills:
- Proficient in Leasing and Assistant Property Manager experience
- Passion for assisting others
- Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, have an enthusiasm for taking on new challenges, and have a desire to grow personally and professionally.
- Attention to detail, organization skills, and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals.
- Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office, Yardi, and CRM.
- Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting goals, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
- English and Spanish fluency
