The Opportunity
Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our team at Saddle Brook Apartments in Dallas.
We are looking for someone with previous apartment leasing experience who knows how to build rapport with prospects, follow up consistently, and confidently turn leads and tours into leases. If you have strong sales instincts and enjoy creating a great experience for both prospects and residents, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Greet and assist prospective and current residents
Conduct apartment tours and confidently showcase available homes, amenities, and the community
Guide prospects through the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
Consistently follow up with leads and help convert prospects into residents
Prepare lease documents and maintain accurate leasing records
Use Yardi Voyager and CRM tools to manage prospects and leasing activity
Support resident retention, occupancy goals, and overall property performance
Maintain a welcoming, professional, and sales-focused leasing environment
What We're Looking For
1+ years of previous apartment leasing experience
Proven sales and customer service skills
Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the lease
Strong prospect follow-up and closing skills
Professional, engaging, dependable, and results-oriented
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Yardi Voyager or other property management software experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Flexibility to work the property's leasing schedule, including weekends as needed
