New to apartment maintenance? That's okay. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, construction, facilities maintenance, or other skilled trades can provide a great foundation for a career in multifamily maintenance.

What You'll Do
  • Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues
  • Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other apartment systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
  • Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems
  • Identify and address maintenance and safety concerns
  • Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas
  • Provide professional and courteous service to residents
What We're Looking For
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining equipment or property
  • Experience in one or more areas such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, construction, or general maintenance
  • Dependable work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Previous apartment maintenance experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license
Schedule
This position works a five-day schedule and participates in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergency maintenance needs.
