Operations Fulfillment Coordinator - 1st Shift (eCom assignment) (Buckeye Only Internal)
Description
The Operations Fulfillment Planner is responsible for the timely and strategic waving of orders by aligning capacity, carrier pickup dates, and customer requirements. This role ensures efficient order flow, maintains operational visibility through KPI reporting, and supports cross-functional teams to meet business demands.
- Strategically wave orders by determining the correct processing path based on carrier cutoff times, processing requirements, and due dates
- Prepare hourly and daily KPI reports for leadership and leverage existing reports to wave orders through the Innovations Lab
- Partner with Operations to ensure replenishment needs are met for upcoming work
- Identify and resolve issues preventing the picking or waving of order demand
- Manage ad hoc data entry, reporting, and internal trackers for unwaved demand
- Facilitate requests and route inquiries to the appropriate contacts
- Support timely flow of assembly and VAS activities and deliver orders to Operations based on the established waving strategy
- Flex to other areas or departments as needed, including picking, packing, and shipping
- Perform work outside the normal scope of the role to meet business needs
- Work any shift or area including eCom and support multi-shift operations, extended hours, weekends, or holidays
- Additional duties as assigned
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Positive, enthusiastic, results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and NAV
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Initiative to work with minimal direction
- Working knowledge of packing procedures and basic warehouse processes
Good attendance record (less than 5 points)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $20.67 -- $30.76 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives.
