Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing – Loungefly
Description
The Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing – Loungefly is a critical contributor to the overall Loungefly Marketing function, responsible for the strategic development and activation of marketing campaigns that build Loungefly’s brand awareness, brand distinction, and drive increased consideration for the brand overall.
- Lead the ideation, planning and execution of Loungefly’s Integrated Marketing plans for key brand initiatives, campaigns and/or critical brand moments.
- Push boundaries by testing innovative go-to-market strategies targeted to our key consumers, bringing innovation to the forefront of our plans and activations.
- Craft thoughtful and compelling campaign briefs and lead cross-functional Marketing and Creative teams in the development of conceptual, content and creative assets.
- Create intuitive and scalable campaign plans that communicate strategy and activations to a range of audience, from leadership to individual contributors.
- Assist in establishing and implementing scalable processes to streamline the cross-functional planning process, inputs, milestones and deliverables.
- Closely monitor marketing spend to measure impact of marketing efforts and identify opportunities to optimize spend for future campaigns.
- Establish campaign KPIs and lead post-mortems across functions to drive ongoing improvements and efficiencies.
- Maintain marketing calendar and cross-functional inputs/deliverables to ensure timely delivery of supporting plans and assets.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- 5-7 years of Marketing experience
- Vast knowledge of integrated marketing best practices, with a willingness to share/lead/implement best practices across functions
- Ability to interpret data, analytics and consumer insights - synthesizing information to inform future plans
- Tapped into pop-culture and fandoms with an in-depth understanding of consumer affinities across film/television, music, sports, anime, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to think from a consumer lens; always putting the fan at the forefront of strategies, programs and initiatives
- Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent people and management skills, with a high comfort level of holding cross-functional peers accountable for on-time deliverables
- Desire to remain up to date on consumer trends and marketing best practices.
- Excellent people and management skills to effectively collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
