The Data and Analytics Product Manager is responsible for the Data and Analytics product strategy and roadmap across the organization. The position will manage the end-to-end project life-cycle, including scoping the requirements for new product features, backlog grooming, triaging and prioritizing, and coordinating with the cross functional stakeholders to deliver projects within timelines, budget and scope. The role will also provide ongoing support the business reporting needs, whist ensuring the accuracy of the enterprise analytical reports by overseeing the day-to-day management of data dissemination across all systems. In addition to their own projects, this role will provide subject matter expertise to peers and other projects to ensure smooth delivery of Technology projects with minimal business disruptions.   
What You’ll Do  
  • Build strategic relationships with key business, analytics, and technology leaders to ensure program and product success.
  • Develop Product strategy and roadmap for the Data and Analytics team.
  • Drive adoption of a data centric culture across the organization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
  • Track project progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and actively communicate contingency and mitigation plans for the team.
  • Support the delivery team throughout the agile product development lifecycle, ensuring timely releases, excellent communication with partners and stakeholders, and well-thought-out delivery planning.
  • Monitor, track and resolve operational issues.
  • Build strong relationships with technical partners to ensure consistent delivery and tight alignment on evolving technical solutions.
  • Drive teams on all business readiness activities, including product planning, sequencing, testing, user education, rollout, iteration, and support.
  • Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver.
  • Champion a collaborative work environment that cultivates shared understanding, transparency, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning.
What You’ll Bring  
  • 7+ years of industry experience building data and analytics products with a proven record of successfully delivering high-quality product features.
  • Experience in delivering and supporting both On-Prem and Cloud based data and analytics solutions.
  • Must have proven experience in working on the following technology stacks-
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • SSIS platform for data integration, ETL and workflow management
    • SSRS for report generation
    • SSAS for analytical processing and data mining
    • Power-BI for data visualization and reporting
  • Exposure to Azure or Snowlflake cloud technologies, including Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) for SQL Server, MSBI and Azure Services
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the defined scope.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles (JIRA and Confluence experience)
  • Clear and concise communication skillsets, with an ability to be a bridge between multiple teams, both technical and non-technical.
  • Self-starter, accustomed to working in a changing environment and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to the importance of collaboration, teamwork, and a positive and strong organizational culture.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite of products (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent related experience
Salary Information  
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121,500 - $151,500 annually. ​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Work Environment  
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  
This position is based in Everett, WA (Funko HQ).
