What You’ll Do
The Content Producer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing all web experiences for Loungefly. This person will work as part of a large cross-functional team, reporting to the eCommerce Manager, and will be responsible for website production, and content management. The ideal candidate will work with internal and external multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain a large CMS-driven website. The web producer will lead the construction of new web content and help develop measurable KPIs based on identified goals, such as driving conversion rate and UPT. Strong attention to detail and quality are required while working efficiently in this fast paced environment. Given that we have a highly loyal and responsive community of fans, they deserve the best possible customer experience and you will be integral in providing that.

Your Superpowers in Action

  • Source (via Creative Services request or own creation), update, maintain and archive web assets based on DTC & marketing team requests.
  • Actively manage and maintain all Loungefly-branded website landing pages, imagery and content; routinely checking website for potential errors, and providing site/app feedback to their respective owners.
  • Manage daily eCommerce publishing operations for Loungefly.com and related websites within given specific schedules and timelines for launch while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless updates.
  • Ensure that projects adhere to scheduled timelines and manage daily inflow of web production tasks via project management tool (Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Be aware of and actively promote SEO requirements, ADA compliance, organizational goals, user experience, and best practices when creating or modifying website content.
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained across all Funko-owned webpages and digital properties.
  • Document and streamline web production processes to increase efficiency and accuracy and own the creation and execution of new visual asset workflows.
  • Lead A/B testing strategy for all assigned webpages.

 
Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, merchandising, or business-related field or 5+ years of experience in online merchandising, marketing, or eCommerce for a top-tier direct-to-consumer brand
  • Expert knowledge of eCommerce platform interfaces and content management systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Well-versed in full Adobe suite with experience creating enhanced visual assets & basic HTML coding skills
  • Well-versed in full Microsoft suite, website analytics, and proficient in analyzing data for eCommerce decision making
  • Strong creative, critical thinking, and intuitive problem-solving skills
  • Superb communication skills, clear and concise in both written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Compensation & Benefits
Funko offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company.  The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $73,600-$92,000 annually. ​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives.

Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

This position is based in Burbank, CA. A hybrid model can be accommodated from our Everett, WA or Burbank, CA offices.
