We are looking for a Collections, Recoveries & Litigation Administrator to join a dynamic and high-performing team in London. This role offers a mix of remote and office working, with a minimum of three days per week in our central London office.

The role
As a CRL Administrator, you will be a key player in our Collections, Recoveries, and Litigation teams, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of our operations and administration. You will contribute to the high level of service we provide to our existing customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing essential administrative support, including accurate data entry, document management, and handling of both physical and digital correspondence.
- Assisting customers by processing various requests and amendments, such as updating account details and managing payment arrangements.
- Maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when following business processes and procedures.
- Acting as a positive role model and ambassador for our company’s vision and values.
- Seeking opportunities to improve our service by identifying and sharing new ways of working.
- Being flexible and adaptable to the evolving needs of the business, our customers, and our investors.
- Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
The work is varied and will give you broad exposure to our business. Your daily tasks will include:
- Processing and updating various payment information.
- Managing administrative tasks related to account forbearance and loan transfers.
- Assisting with the preparation and sending of both manual and automated customer correspondence.
- Supporting the teams by handling, scanning, and allocating daily incoming mail.

- A quick and curious learner: You are able to quickly grasp new concepts, navigate multiple systems, and efficiently follow processes.
