Sales Manager
Description
Fullpower®-AI, a leader in real-time AI deep-learning biosensing, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our AI and biosensing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, a deep understanding of AI products, and a proven record of meeting or exceeding ambitious targets. This role is ideal for proactive professionals passionate about accelerating AI adoption in healthcare and biosensing and who are looking to have a transformative impact in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in the biosensing and healthcare technology markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the complete sales cycle, and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align sales initiatives with product innovations and customer feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and identify trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 5+ years of sales experience in AI, SaaS, or healthcare technology, with a track record of success.
- Deep understanding of artificial intelligence and biosensing solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to guide decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Additional Information:
- Fullpower®-AI does not sponsor work visas - must already be authorized to work in the United States.
- The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 to $170,000, plus equity, plus benefits. Fullpower®-AI’s salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.
