Entry Level- Early Childhood Multi – Site Coordinator
Description
We are looking for an Entry Level, Bilingual Multi- Site coordinator who will oversee our Catapult Learning Early Childhood Wraparound program (before and afterschool program) in Elizabeth, NJ. Our multi site coordinator will coordinate and facilitate outreach with our customers, Principals and classroom teachers to ensure program quality. The coordinator will work closely with all Catapult Team Member's to ensure the implementation of quality programming. This position is a full time, 5 days/week, on site in Elizabeth, NJ.
Requirements, but not limited to:
- Ensure the development and implementation of the center's child development and activities program for early childhood and school-age children.
- Ensure the appropriateness of program activities according to the age and development level of the child, as specified.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable provisions of the NJ Manual of requirements for Child Care Centers.
- As a Multi-Site Coordinator must develop relationships with the school administration and staff, and parents at the assigned school.
- Works with Site Coordinators and Area Manager on program recruitment
- Coordinate and facilitate daily program operations; including staff scheduling, maintain site attendance, and tuition reimbursements.
- Maintains Supplies inventory and orders supplies as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must meet or exceed the qualification requirements set forth in chapter 52, Manual of Requirements for Child Care Centers, State of New Jersey.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or Psychology
- Must complete Child Abuse Record Information Background Check.
- Must complete a Criminal History Record Information Background Check.
Requirements
- On-Site Position (Monday – Friday from 9:30am – 5:30pm)
- Must be able to drive, will be reimbursed for mileage to and from program sites
- Cell Phone Reimbursement available
- Must be able to speak Spanish.
- Complete 20 hours of continuing staff development each year.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Light lifting, walking, climbing Most programs are in school settings.
