    • What we do:  We provide high quality, critical early intervention programs, based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Services are designed to nurture the growth and development of young children with social, behavior, and/or language challenges. Little Leaves provides a range of in-home, at-school, and full day center-based ABA services for children with developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders, in Virginia, the DC metro area, the Baltimore metro area, and the South Florida area. 

As a Regional Director with Little Leaves you will: 

Responsible for the overall clinical and operational management of a specified geographic area. This position will support their clinical team (Center Directors, BCBA, etc) through professional development and is a member of the Little Leaves Clinical Leadership team and will contribute to the development of organizational strategy and policy.


Reports toTerritory Vice President

Position Requirements:

  • Experience building, leading, and managing a multi-site human service organization
  • Prior success generating program revenue and managing fiscal stability
  • Experience managing budgets,center census, client utilization and SBA productivity 
  • Experience with professional development and performance management
  • Exceptional conceptual knowledge of ABA principles and a proven track record of analyzing and interpreting data to make treatment decisions
  • Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior analytic treatments commonly used in autism spectrum disorders and experience developing and delivering these services
  • Familiarly and experience with both skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments and treatment approaches, including but not limited to the VB-MAPP, Discrete Trial Instruction, Natural Environment teaching, and Functional Analysis
  • Significant experience with parent training and behavior skills training
  • Familiarity with current research in the field

Desired Qualifications

  •  BCBA certification required
  • Doctoral/Master’s in psychology, applied behavior analysis, special education, or related field required
  • Experience supervising and training BCBAs, plus experience supervising BCBA candidates
  • Customer-service / problem-solving orientation
  • Proficiency with Excel; technologically adept
  • Clear oral and written communication
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
  • Record of success in previous positions as evidenced by excellent references
