We are seeking an experienced Platform Owner/Instructional Designer to lead our instructional design efforts for the LearnDash LMS. This role combines strategic oversight of the platform with hands-on instructional design responsibilities, ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging learning experiences for all users.
How You’ll Do It
- Strategic Ownership: Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of the LearnDash platform to improve user experience.
- Content Development: Design, develop, and manage educational content that aligns with instructional design best practices.
- Performance Assessment: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the platform and implement necessary improvements.
- Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and gather relevant content.
- Program Management: Oversee the deployment, updating, and maintenance of learning programs and courseware.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless platform operations and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in instructional design and platform management, with a focus on creating high-quality eLearning content, particularly in LearnDash.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of instructional design best practices, learning theories, and digital content creation.
Desired:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Deep knowledge of learning theories (behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism) and a proven track record of leading LMS platforms and designing comprehensive learning programs using LearnDash.
