School Based Technology Support Specialist

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, is currently seeking a full-time, School Based Technology Support Staff to work in a Philadelphia area, non-public schools for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time, in-person position. 
Someone in this role will support classroom technology integration within the school. These job duties have expanded significantly, due to the large influx of new student devices from Covid funds. These devices must be supported, and teachers and students need to be educated on their proper use. The position's primary report is to the school President and Principal.  
How you’ll be there for students:  
Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.   
  • Set-up and maintain technology systems including, but not limited to; remote teaching tools - cameras, audio systems, microphones, Chromebooks, and any other remote learning / interactive
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of the school technology equipment using central system
  • Deploy new student devices and maintain accurate inventory logs to determine which Covid fund paid for each devices - ECF / EANS / NPIS
  • Process work orders as needed through the school ticketing system inventory solution and provide ongoing inventory and various usage reports for school and district administration
  • Help identify and remediate system security vulnerabilities - especially for remote learn
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to help students, teachers, and administrators use the technology to engage, enhance and extend student learning and reduce the learning loss caused by covid quarantining.
  • Attend local and diocesan meetings related to technology
  • Serve as a liaison to the Office of Catholic Education (OCE) on technology-related issues
  • Handle additional duties as needed
What we’ll need from you:  
The positive, enthusiastic candidate will have these qualifications.  
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
  • Proficient with virtual platforms
  • Experience working in a school setting, preferred
