FullBloom is seeking a highly organized and proactive Centralized Services Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will support field sales and operations by efficiently managing and maintaining CRM data and schedules, tracking events, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with the planning of regional events. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a knack for event coordination. 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Event Scheduling and Coordination: 
  • Coordinate with operators to schedule and plan post-sale services events. 
  • Coordinate logistical details for delivery of post-sale services, including obtaining and confirming dates, funding expiration, event details, assigning to consultant and ensuring all information has been tracked and is up to date in the CRM and supporting systems. 
  • Ownership of events that are not customer-specific. 
  • Assist with logistical arrangements for larger, more complex regional events, including venue booking, and other planning related activities. 
  • CRM Management: 
  • Effectively utilize the CRM to analyze, interpret, and report on event data for individual territories as well as national PD services.  
  • Create, monitor, and manage the full lifecycle of post-sale services within the CRM. This includes ensuring all unscheduled events are accurately assigned an owner and forecasted according to the contract, and scheduling services prior to the expiration date, while also tracking and reporting any risk to revenue recognition.  
  • Generate reports from the CRM to aid in event assessment and planning and hold regular meetings with territory operators to support in maintaining clean records to allow for maximum revenue recognition and accurate accruals. 
  • Event Tracking: 
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure all milestones are met. 
  • Communicate regularly with operators to track progress and address any issues. 
  • Maintain comprehensive records of events, including attendance, and feedback. 
  • Support and Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with sales operations/CRM operations to develop and test a new post-sale process flow 
  • Provide ongoing support to operators and specialists, helping to resolve any issues related to scheduling, CRM data, or event planning. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event purposes with broader company goals. 
  • Collaborate with finance on the accrual process and all tracking and reporting within CRM. 
  • Participate in regular team meetings to report on event statuses and discuss upcoming initiatives. 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, event management, education, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in centralized support, event management, administrative support, or a similar role. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
Preferred Skills: 
  • Experience with CRM platform, e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot. 
  • Knowledge of the public-school education landscape. 
  • Knowledge of the PD services post-sale process flow within a similar company. 
  • Prior experience in a remote coordination role.
