Center Director for our new center in Coral Springs!

Center Director Role
A Center Director provides day-to-day on-site leadership of a Little Leaves Center to support the delivery of high-quality therapy to our clients.  The Center Director ensures smooth clinical and administrative operations of the Center and coordinates regularly with the Regional Director and the Operations Team (recruiting, scheduling, etc.) to support organizational growth.


  • Provide leadership in the delivery of evidence-based ABA services to a Little Leaves Center
  • Supervise and support Center based staff to ensure quality of all therapy services
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth operations of the Center
  • Work closely with the Regional Operations Team (recruiting, scheduling, etc.) to support the growth of the Center
  • Oversee a caseload of clients
  • Provide support to Center staff in managing challenging client and staff issues
  • Promote the growth and development of staff within the field of Behavior Analysis
  • Build relationships with parents, the community and local leaders in the community
  • Maintain a strong professional presence at conferences and within organizations, associations, and other professional networks in the field
  • Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in the practice of ABA
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications

  • 5 or more years credentialed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
  • PhD/Master’s in psychology, applied behavior analysis, special education, or related field required
  • Significant experience serving individuals with ASD within an ABA model required (preferably children ages birth to 12)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience supervising Behavior Analytic staff working in a tiered service model required
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in a center-based program
  • Experience with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments and treatment for individuals with ASD, including but not limited to VB-MAPP, Discrete Trial Instruction, Natural Environment teaching, and Functional Analysis
  • Exceptional conceptual knowledge of ABA principles and a proven track record of analyzing and interpreting data to make treatment decisions
  • Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior analytic treatments commonly used in ASD and experience developing and delivering these services
  • Significant experience with parent and staff training, using a behavioral skills training model
  • Experience building, leading, and managing a human service organization, preferred
  • Prior success generating program revenue and managing fiscal stability, preferred
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to represent the program in the community to professionals and families
  • Record of success in previous positions as evidenced by excellent references
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Technologically adept and enthusiastic
