What Is this position?
The Director of ABA Programming is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and holds a pivotal role in guiding the delivery of EIBI services within Little Leaves. This position involves strategic planning, clinical supervision, program development, and ensuring the highest standards of care in behavior-analytic services. This includes expanding and standardizing Little Leaves assessment and treatment protocols by overseeing the electronic web-based platform to ensure best in class comprehensive programming. The Director of ABA Programming will stay current with advances and research in the field by introducing innovative practices, to enhance the effectiveness of ABA services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead the development, implementation, and continuous evaluation of EIBI programs, to ensure protocols and objectives meet client needs and organizational goals.
· Oversee and provide supports to staff on initial, annual and transition evaluations using norm-referenced instruments to drive the development of medically necessary treatment plans per player and industry standards.
· Support SBAs and clinical staff by conducting regular case reviews, provide clinical guidance, and support professional development to ensure high-quality service delivery.
· Expand and standardize assessment process for toddlers and preschoolers with autism to drive the development of comprehensive treatment goals (i.e., behavioral objectives) that meet medical necessity.
· Develop and disseminate treatment procedures and protocols for ABA programming to ensure up-to-date, best practice tools and resources for BCBAs for 1:1 and small group instruction.
· Develop and manage the division-wide electronic platform and data collection system. Provides support as necessary to ensure BCBAs access and utilize the platform efficiently.
· Stay current with research to ensure that assessment and treatment approaches incorporate the most-up-to date and best practice.
PERFORMANCE EXPECATIONS:
  • Quality and Effectiveness: Ensure that the ABA programs developed under your direction achieve a measurable improvement in client outcomes within the first year of implementation.
  • Standardization: Successfully standardize assessment and treatment protocols across all centers within six months, leading to a increase in reauthorization approvals.
  • Best Practices: Regularly update the team on the latest research and advancements in ABA and ensure that treatment approaches are reflective of the most current best practices.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related discipline.
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA managing team and working with clients diagnosed with ASD.
· Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience with staff management, supervision, and mentoring resulting in strong teams and improved outcomes.

· Demonstrated history of successfully supervising, coaching, and developing people.
· Demonstrated intelligence and poise with excellent verbal, written, and live presentation communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively across stakeholder groups.
· Knowledge of best practices for working with children with autism including familia
