The Opportunity
At Catapult Learning, our Recruiters play a vital role in promoting opportunities for jobseekers to positively impact students' lives through our programs. They source, recruit, and hire talented individuals for various positions within the organization. Working closely with hiring managers, Recruiters understand staffing needs and ensure a streamlined and engaging selection process. This position contributes to Catapult Learning's mission by efficiently identifying and selecting high-quality talent nationwide. Ultimately, Recruiters help establish Catapult Learning as a renowned national workplace for educators dedicated to making a positive difference in students' lives and communities.

This leader will report directly to a Recruitment Manager and collaborate with a unit of recruiters across the country. This position is remote, part-time and temporary to support with summer program or other urgent hiring needs. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide exemplary support to hiring managers
    • Key contributions include:
      • Supporting hiring managers to proactively solidify their hiring needs in the current fiscal year, summer, and following fiscal year
      • Staying abreast of and acting on any changes in the hiring landscape
      • Ensuring strong leads are identified, cultivated and screened and quickly handed off to hiring managers for review
      • Supporting logistics for on-site interview and virtual interview days
      • Stewarding a compelling and efficient offer extension process
  • Generate and maximize leads to build a strong, diverse pipeline of talent to meet demand:
    • Design, attend and execute virtual and in person cultivation events
    • Source and cultivate qualified, interested and available candidates
    • Generate and cultivate referrals through targeted campaigns
    • Utilize recruiter toolkit to generate and cultivate leads to apply to portfolio roles
    • Demonstrate ability to adjust strategy of cultivation of and allocation of leads to meet highest priority needs.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
    • Facilitates best in class interactions with Catapult Learning in all forms of communication and interaction, such as email correspondence, phone correspondence, interview logistics and support, and candidate support through the point of an accepted offer.
    • Review and respond to candidate experience feedback to maintain or exceed annual candidate experience targets

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Recruitment experience, preferably in education
  • Understanding of educator certification requirements, programs, and pathways to licensure preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is $25/hour.
