Inside Sales Representative

Fullbloom is actively seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an inside sales representative for our FullBloom K-12 line of business. Reporting to our Manager of Partnerships, the successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the field sales team to cultivate new and expand existing business relationships with public and non-public districts across our Catapult Learning and Specialized Education Services, Inc. divisions to grow services including intervention, summer school, professional development, in-district classrooms, and mental health. This role will be accountable to revenue growth support for one of five nationwide Territories, and responsible for customer and lead generation, developing strong internal and external relationships through outreach engagement and follow-ups, coordinating meetings, and overall opportunity and account management to increase sales.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Sales Cycle Management Support: Support the sales cycle for assigned territory, from target and prospect identification through contract close as needed.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and in-house Proposals Team to assist in Territory plans for designated opportunities and seamless operations.
  • Prospect Identification and Attraction: Identify and qualify leads by participating in scoring and advancing leads through telephone work, email outreach, and sales events.
  • Customer Outreach: Consistently contact prospective customers via outreach and determine interest level, buying power, etc. to drive sales.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Development: Identify and develop positive stakeholder relationships with school and district administrators.
  • Sales Planning Support: Support field sales through calls, marketing and email campaigns, and conference prep as partner field reps develop and drive sales strategic plans targeting attractive prospects to achieve revenue goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Develop a comprehensive level of market intelligence around FullBloom’s product and service offerings, the K-12 market, and competitive intel.

 

Education and Experience

  • Ideal candidate currently works or has worked in an inside sales role.
  • Preferred minimum two years of related sales experience with K-12 solution and service-based models.
  • Solid understanding of K-12 buying cycles.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in K-12 industries.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, taking initiative, and following through to drive and expand sales within K-12 districts and systems.
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting the development and execution of Territory sales plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.

This is a remote role with little to no travel required. Compensation will include salary with attractive commission structure based on performance.
