Manager of UX Copywriting and Content Strategy 

Our UX team is growing! We’re looking for a Manager of UX Copywriting and Content Strategy to lead copy and content efforts and drive the evolution of Frontier’s brand voice across digital touch points. 

You are an expert in your field who is adept at crafting clear, simple, and human language that engages prospective and existing customers alike. Working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and 3rd party organizations you’ll lead digital copywriting and content strategy efforts that will have a positive, measurable impact on Frontier’s brand and experiences. You will lead and mentor a team of writers and also work as a hands-on contributor on a variety of projects including marketing content, site optimization, user flows, help articles, and SEO content.  


  • Lead the creation of engaging and compelling content across Frontier’s digital experiences.  
  • Evolve Frontier’s digital content strategy, aligning user needs with business goals. 
  • Iterate and optimize copy to improve the performance of digital experiences. 
  • Organize and maintain copy docs, decks, and guidelines. 
  • Work with design, marketing, and analytics teams to hypothesize, test and optimize web content. 
  • Maintain and further develop the web UX writing process and roadmap for web acquisition/retention. 
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization including customer care, product, and tech support to inform the content strategy. 
  • Work closely with UX designers on the creation of digital experiences. 
  • Assist in the development of brand guidelines and digital marketing calendars. 
  • Partner with legal, localization and support teams to ensure copy is accurately and responsibly launched. 
  • Utilize our CMS tool to publish content to the live site across all markets. 
  • Manage and lead a team of 2-3 other copywriters. 

Minimum qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required 
  • 8-10 years of proven experience writing, editing, testing and optimizing copy and content for web and mobile experiences as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, Content Designer or similar role. 
  • A portfolio that showcases your craft in UX writing and demonstrates how you think and solve problems. 
  • A deep understanding of user experience and how copy, design, research and more come together to create frictionless user flows. 
  • Skills to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts. 
  • The ability to present ideas, bring strategies to life and incorporate feedback into your iterative work. 
  • Experience working in an agile environment. 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Experience using Sitecore to create and publish content. 
  • Experience collaborating with designers in Figma.
