What we’re seeking:

Frontier is looking for a highly collaborative, detail-oriented, coachable, self-aware, telecom-savvy, and analytical individual who is interested in joining our fast-paced consumer insights team.
This individual will be primarily responsible for managing research studies with vendors and translating outputs into actionable insights while coordinating, attending, and sometimes leading project calls with cross-functional teams.
In this in-person role, you will be required to report to a defined work location to complete your work responsibilities. (1919 Mckinney Ave, Dallas, TX, or 610 N Morgan St, Tampa, FL)
What we need in you:
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in crafting visually compelling slides using PowerPoint
  • Anticipate next steps and autonomously move forward without reliance on formal training or extensive guidance
  • Comfortable navigating in shades of gray such as ambiguous processes, without requiring things to be strictly black and white
  • Able to drive the best performance out of suppliers while keeping projects within budget and on time
  • High level of self-awareness, seeks feedback, and has a strong desire to learn and expand understanding
  • Comfortable leading qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies
  • Experience working with syndicated and/or do-it-yourself market research platforms
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and interpretation of market research results
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and excellence in project management; follow up with vendors and team members to keep projects moving
  • Self-management skills with a focus on results for timely and accurate completion of competing deliverables
  • Bring a desire to learn, innovate, and challenge yourself for the benefit of Frontier’s business and customers
  • High level of emotional intelligence; strong strategic & critical thinker who asks the right questions
  • Maintains composure and resilience, not easily succumbing to frustration
  • Excellent persuasive and tactful communications skills, and interdependent partnering skills
  • Quick learner, willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment
What you’ll do:
  • Design, test, and revise surveys with research vendors and track the fielding process by requesting timely updates
  • Track research budget, SOWs, project timelines and providing weekly team updates
  • Manage procurement processes from developing research briefs, working with internal teams to issue RFPs, organizing calls with vendors, and awarding projects
  • Analyze data from primary research reports and syndicated services to develop insights and implications presentations to present to internal teams
  • Data/research mining to uncover insights to support strategic and execution initiatives
  • Deep dive into data and clearly present learnings that are relevant and meaningful to the business
  • Analyze data from primary research reports or syndicated services and develop actionable insights and recommendations
  • Design presentations that are aesthetically appealing to impact insights
  • Data visualization: utilize easy-to-understand graphics and other representations to communicate research findings effectively

  • Salary Range:  $59,000 - $167,000

What background you should have:
  • 5+ years of related work experience: 2+ years in market research minimum; Preferably in telecom space
  • Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business or related
  • MA / MSc or MBA or higher degree is advantageous but not essential
  • Background in market research, including design, programming, interpreting, analyzing, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience in a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Track record of extracting key insights and translating them into workable recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to navigate complex organization structures and influence accordingly
  • Previous success in an insights role within a B2C environment
