What we’re seeking:

As part of our ForMe Rewards expansion strategy, the Senior Program Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role that involves cultivating relationships, driving Mobile App and Rewards Program growth, and ensuring the overall success of our program and related workstreams. The Senior Program Enablement Manager provides Loyalty Channel leaders and team members with Rewards Program partner/offer development support. Through the creation and execution of extensive business plans, they will negotiate Rewards partnerships to bring into our existing ‘ForMe Rewards’ Program. These partnerships will help drive incremental Rewards to users, visits & success of the entire program metric model.

Negotiation is only the first step, as the Program Enablement Senior Manager will then contractually and logistically onboard partners and their offers, using detailed business cases to prioritize, develop, and implement a detailed Go-to-Market plan. Partnering with direct and external Rewards Program stakeholders & Channel leaders in Marketing, Product, Legal, & more, the Senior Program Enablement Manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven programs for transforming the merchant-partner process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these programs and cross-functional collaboration. In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States.

You’re an independent worker who leverages various consultative negotiation and business development methods and challenges clients to understand the true value of a service offering.

 

 

What you’ll do:

Client Relationship Management: 

  • Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within major client organizations nationwide
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and priorities to provide tailored solutions

Program Growth: 

  • Develop and execute strategies and offers to drive incremental monthly active users and visits to the ForMe Rewards Program.
  • Partner with direct & vendor sales, marketing, operations, and business unit teams to identify opportunities to drive joint program offer initiatives

Strategic Account Planning: 

  • Determine Rewards engagement & enablement priorities with key business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the leadership teams to develop, execute, optimize, and assess internal & external sales/offer enablement programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of account strategies
  • Communicate enablement strategy, actions, and results to stakeholders
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to align with client objectives
  • Conduct account reviews with clients and adjust strategies as applicable to drive increased engagement

Contract Negotiation: 

  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Work with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements

Program Management: 

  • Develop and execute program offers; track and communicate progress to plan
  • Facilitate content creation and use with ForMe Rewards team
  • Build trusted relationships with potential and existing partners, managers, marketing & program leads
  • Serve as a liaison between Rewards team, stakeholders, and partners
  • Recommend best practice approaches to build a funnel and drive Rewards program Monthly Active Users, Total Visits & overall engagement
  • Maintain program enablement communications, reporting, status updates, roadmap & business plan
  • Proactively address any issues and work towards continuous improvement

Market Intelligence: 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
  • Participate in local/regional industry events and forums to present Frontier’s services and solutions

What background you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Development, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years’ experience in program enablement, business-to-business & business-to-consumer sales
  • Proven experience managing major accounts, and documented track record of success working with the largest clients in the segment
  • Experience in managing business processes and measurement through tracking key metrics, preferably in the technology and/or telecommunications industry
  • Loyalty/Rewards/Offer program management experience
  • Exceptional project management skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and effective stakeholder management
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to "connect the dots" across disciplines/subject matters and translate into business implications
  • Excellent program/project management skills with the ability to learn new processes and tools quickly
  • CRM, Jira, Tableau, & Power BI experience
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving subscription/revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to organize, synthesize, and distill key information through strong oral/written communication and presentation skills 
  • Customer-oriented approach to working with loyalty, sales, partner & marketing staff, peers, and business stakeholders 
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functional environment
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
