Digital Product Manger 

Frontier Communications is seeking a Digital Product Manager / Product Owner to lead the implementation and optimization of a best-in-class customer shopping journey across Frontier’s digital channels. This is a critical position within the growing Digital Team, and the ideal candidate will have the unique opportunity to shape Frontier’s ecommerce experience while leading in an Agile environment across the business.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders in the development, deployment, and ongoing optimization of the online shopping experience for Frontier products from product learn pages, to product shop pages, on through the purchase funnel experience
  • Drive stakeholders to embrace an Agile process and mindset across stakeholder groups, ensure a flexible, rational approach to new features, and mitigating bugs
  • In the role of Product Owner, motivate and lead the Agile team while setting clear product direction, prioritizing the backlog towards maximum user and business value, and translating business goals into user stories
  • Identify any brand, voice, and experiential inconsistencies across footprint, work with teams to develop and execute plans to rectify
  • Communicate with stakeholder groups to achieve and maintain alignment
  • Monitor trends and performance and recommend new online features and functionalities based on learnings
  • Develop and maintain competitive positioning framework to benchmark Frontier online service offerings and identify new opportunities
  • Partner with Frontier IT teams to outline business requirements for all new online features and functionalities
  • Provide and maintain the product roadmap for the business and the scrum team(s)

 

Requirements:

  • Expert-level understanding of online user behavior and digital best practices, with demonstrated experience in creating digital experiences that exceed business objectives
  • 5 years+ focus on ecommerce and online sales channels in a service industry (telecommunications experience preferred)
  • 5 years + of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Highly analytical, fact-based decision maker who can synthesize multiple data-sources into thoughtful and convincing recommendations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment
  • Tenacious in meeting deadlines, adept at juggling multiple priorities to meet deliverable dates, organized and resilient in the face of challenges
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Experience with SLDC, familiar with user experience design
  • Team player and relationship builder, able to effectively work cross-functionally with peers, management and other internal or external stakeholders to gain consensus when needed
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Flexibility to quickly adjust to unforeseen changes in priorities and workload
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
