Sr. Systems Engineer
Frontier® Communications provides communications services to urban, suburban, and rural communities in 29 states. Frontier offers a variety of services to residential customers over its FiOS® and Vantage™ fiber-optic and copper networks, including video, high-speed internet, advanced voice, and Frontier Secure® digital protection solutions. Frontier Business™ offers communications solutions to small, medium, and enterprise businesses.
The person will be required to collaborate with several teams including vendors, regional engineers and planning groups to understand business requirements and provide fitting solutions resolving business needs in Network Performance Monitoring, Capacity Management and Capacity planning. Must be well organized, self-motivated and have strong communication skills. The person will be expected to develop documentation, propose action items and present ideas to supervisor and other teams given high level direction. Lead and organize meetings with clear agenda items.
The ideal candidate would also have Telecommunications network background, 3-5 years of relevant experience and technical degree. Strong analytics and system development skills.

· Majority of the time is expected to be spent on 1) Working on reports for regulatory and finance 2) leading architecture and design activities towards development of new tools and processes for the NPM group
· Develop new tools and processes (core assets) and promote them among the other teams within Frontier Communications.
· Supports Network Operations, Engineering and other groups as needed. Supports regional teams in process enhancement, systems troubles and troubleshooting.
· Provide technical leadership guidance to other members of the NPM group.
