Project Specialist

Job Description:

  • Responsible for reporting and analysis specific to Collection Partner activity for all Collections vendors, including 1st party, 3rd party and Credit partners
  • Provide gap activity for Collection processes performed by vendors, including audit results, error reporting and side/side analysis for internal and all partners
  • Interface with Vendor Manager and supply all metrics and performance data needed for any Vendor projects or process changes
  • Prepare daily performance reports for Service levels, forecast trends, Handle times, Wait times, etc…for Collection Inbound & Outbound calls
  • Prepare daily performance reports for Writeoffs, Recoveries, Netback, and Credit processing
  • Oversight of Vendor auditing, complaints, and account handling
  • Responsible for working with the training department to develop scripting and communications to all Collection partners for any changes or reinforcement of process
  • Maintain databases and audit Sportfire and other reporting systems used for all Collection Vendor metrics
  • Run Champion-Challenger reporting for 3rd party placements
  • Prepare analysis for Precollect programs, Second and Tertiary placement programs and Debt sale

Required Skills:

  • Strong background with Financial Reporting & analytics
  • 5 years+ experience in Credit & Collections
  • Knowledge of DPI/AS400, Webapps, Excel, Powerpoint and Access
  • Knowledge of SQL, ad-hoc and compliance reporting
  • Strong presentation and strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong prioritization and information organization skills
