What we’re seeking:
 

As the Contract Vendor Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in contributing to the commercial strategy through the delivery of commercial excellence, maximizing the value of our customer agreements, and quickly responding to the needs of the business, while increasing customer satisfaction. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to a defined work location to complete your work responsibilities. (1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX) 

 
What we need in you:
 

In this role, you will spearhead contract negotiations, refine commercial terms, and mitigate risks. As the go-to expert for contract queries, interpretation, lifecycle management, and administration, your strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills will shine. You'll collaborate seamlessly with Legal, regulatory, sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and billing teams, showcasing your excellent teamwork and coordination abilities. To thrive, you'll need to be independent, organized, self-disciplined, positive, motivated, and proactive—bringing a dynamic and forward-thinking approach to every challenge.

 
What you’ll do: 
  • Negotiate and translate commercial content of deals to the contract scope 
  • Draft, collate, brief, review, and obtain approvals for contracts 
  • Identify contractual deviations and their deals' implications  
  • Interact and partner with internal business owners such as legal, regulatory, sales, marketing, engineering, business operations and billing   
  • Ensure all contract documentation is up to date and in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures 
  • Inform internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts  
  • Investigate and addressing contract issues  
  • Full Contract lifecycle management, including the accuracy of the contract database

What background you should have: 
  • Experience in telecommunications contract management is preferred 
  • 4 years of work experience in commercial contract management  
  • 4 years of Working knowledge of contract reading, writing, and negotiation skills  
  • Willingness to accept challenges and a way to improve
