Senior Enterprise Pricing Manager

 The Senior Manager will be responsible for supporting development of pricing strategy, as well as implementing and managing pricing strategy for all of company’s enterprise business products and services.  This role will report to the Vice President of Commercial Product Pricing and will be located in Allen or Irving, TX.


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop and oversee implementation of standard, promotional, and negotiated product pricing for company’s enterprise business market segment.
  • Potentially supervise up to one, or more, Pricing Analysts
  • Manage effective collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Finance, Network Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a successful pricing strategy
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of key competitor enterprise product pricing strategies and make recommendations to keep company products and services competitively and profitably positioned 
  • Ensure that necessary metrics are tracked, regularly reported, and analyzed, and recommend tactical pricing corrections, as needed   
  • Ad-Hoc analysis and financial modeling, as required
  • Provide proactive thought leadership and challenge others’ thinking


Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics necessary; MBA, or equivalent, preferred
  • 5+ years in a pricing, financial planning, or financial analysis role

  • Background in telecommunications preferred
  • Background in enterprise Internet services preferred
  • Experience in working with direct sales a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and spreadsheet modeling skills
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to interact directly with superiors
  • Self-directed, with demonstrated ability to, when warranted, take the initiative
