What we’re seeking:      
      
The Accounts Payable Manager will manage a team of vendor maintenance coordinators and a strategic vendor group. These teams handle the onboarding and vetting of vendors as well as manage vendor relationships by reconciling statements and resolving PO/Invoicing issues to streamline payment processes. This position will govern the banking process by initiating payments and cordially controlling banking requests. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to a defined work location to complete your work responsibilities. (100 Cte Dr, Dallas, PA)      
      
What we need in you:      
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional that works well under pressure, streamlines processes and is an effective leader.  We need you to lead and manage an offshore team working east coast hours and be in commutable distance to our office in Dallas, PA on a flexible hybrid/remote schedule.        
      
What you’ll do:      
      
  • Directly manage a team of 8 individuals at remote locations
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate Accounts Payable staff members to create efficiencies
  • Oversee routine department activities to ensure they are completed accurately and on time
  • Compile, evaluate, and report financial information to management
  • Set and facilitate the achievement of department principles
  • Enforce policies, procedures, and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees, vendors, and coworkers

  • Salary Range:  $59,000 - $130,000
  • 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

What background you should have:      
      
  • Associate degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Provide strong guidance skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Imaging systems, and ERP. 
  • Payables experience preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
