Scope & Responsibilities

Frontier is looking for a highly collaborative, analytical, self-motivated individual who can apply their marketing expertise towards successfully executing multi-faceted marketing campaigns to drive new sales on the national marketing team.  Creative campaign development will be the marketing mangers focus.  Direct Mail knowledge with a background in variable printing, intent based response and programmatic formatting are ideal for this role.  Top notch oral and written communications skills are needed to drive collaboration inside and outside the marketing department.  As a key team member, you will coordinate, attend and periodically lead meetings regarding all aspects of in-progress and upcoming SMB marketing development.

Primary roles:

  • Manage and lead SMB campaigns that include; collateral, direct mail, video and radio development
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams related to SMB marketing development
  • Manage multiple advertising agency interactions related to print and video production
  • Lead SMB marketing project management calls related to offer development and creative development

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop briefs with concise detail on new campaigns that include multiple media tactics
  • Manage project deadlines ensuring all projects launch on-time, correctly, and on budget; provide updates on a weekly basis to management
  • Implement trigger-based DM campaigns based on prospect insights
  • Interact with strategy, product, legal and brand teams to develop marketing messaging unique to SMB
  • Work with external agencies to develop direct mail and collateral layouts along with broadcast script edits, facilitate production meetings and spearhead internal approvals   
  • Process authorizations, estimates, and invoices; generate POs; and work with Expense Management team on reconciliations
  • May require travel for internal meetings and campaign production

Core competencies include

  • Highly skilled with direct mail tactics including variable printing, intent based targeting and automation
  • Detail-oriented; capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with telecom technology and software necessary for job role (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required. SharePoint, Zoom and Teams a plus)
  • Highly collaborative, motivated and results-driven; meets commitments by deadlines
  • Flexible; able to adapt as priorities change
  • Trustworthy; able to be a team player and establish strong relationships with colleagues, agency leads, and business partners


  • 7+ years’ work experience; telecom experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Results-oriented attitude and will be highly motivated
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing standards and company needs
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time effectively
