What we’re seeking:

The product manager, Frontier Cart will be fully accountable for the execution and implementation of strategies to utilize the Frontier cart and to manage its performance.  This role will report directly to the Director, ecommerce, as a function of Fiber subscriber acquisition and revenue growth. In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes one work from home and four assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX. 

 

What we need in you:

For this Product Manager position, we are not only looking for someone who can help build the Frontier Cart to manage specific use cases, but also someone who has a strong analytics mindset to understand and interpret data that will yield to positive changes that support the business. 

 

What you’ll do:

This role will be accountable to driving sales and revenue through the Frontier cart by executing on determined use cases. 

Initiatives/responsibilities include the following:

  • Cross-team collaboration with IT, UX, Marketing, Analytics, Legal and Brand to launch use cases as detailed in the channel strategy.
  • Reporting out on status of feature launches and collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate any challenges that might arise.
  • Responsible for writing and updating JIRA epics and features to lead requirements and functional needs of the business.
  • Monitoring and managing performance of the channel with focus on a combination of leadership level reporting and tactical level performance management.
  • Ad hoc reporting requests around traffic, performance, and sales.
  • Managing critical relationships with internal teams, external partners and vendors.
  • Identifying sales/ecomm optimizations that could help drive higher conversion and revenue growth.  Helping to influence product roadmap/features on the RV cart experience that could be incorporated into the cart.
  • Onsite Optimizations –Focus on regular site auditing to ensure experience is functioning as expected 
  • Employee/stakeholder training and support

What background you should have:

  • A passion for ecommerce, optimization and improving customer experiences
  • Strong project management, organizational and presentation skills.  Well versed in presenting data with ability to contextualize data and “tell the story”
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with product management.  Demonstrated expertise in writing requirements, release management and on-time delivery of customer experiences
  • Experience working with IT development and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheets)
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree required
