What we’re seeking:
As the Contract Vendor Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in contributing to the commercial strategy through the delivery of commercial excellence, maximizing the value of our customer agreements, and quickly responding to the needs of the business, while increasing customer satisfaction. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to a defined work location to complete your work responsibilities. (1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX. or 610 Zack St., Tampa, FL.)

What we need in you:
You will lead and participate in contract negotiations with customers, design, draft, and improve contract commercial terms, and mitigate contractual risks.  This role is the point of contact for handling contract queries, contractual interpretation, contract lifecycle management, and contract administration.  This includes partnering and managing the handover to Legal, regulatory, sales, marketing, engineering, operational teams, and carrier access billing. 

What you’ll do:
  • Negotiate and translate commercial content of deals to the contract scope
  • Draft, collate, brief, review, and obtain approvals for contracts
  • Identify contractual deviations and their deals' implications 
  • Interact and partner with internal business owners such as legal, regulatory, sales, marketing, engineering, business operations and billing  
  • Ensure all contract documentation is up to date and in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
  • Inform internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts 
  • Investigate and addressing contract issues 
  • Full Contract lifecycle management, including the accuracy of the contract database

  • Salary Range:  $57,000 - $141,000

What background you should have:

  • Experience in telecommunications contract management is preferred
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Interconnection agreements is a plus
  • 4 years of work experience in commercial contract management 
  • Working knowledge of contract reading, writing, and negotiation skills 
  • Willingness to accept challenges and a way to improve
  • Independent, organized, self-disciplined, positive, motivated, and have a proactive mindset
