Security Operations Manager

Frontier's Security Operations Manager is responsible for activities associated with the security of the Company’s property, personnel, and information, and the investigation of incidents affecting the same.  Responsible for the supervision of specific projects or definable portions of larger projects or processes, with an emphasis on investigations; creates practices that aid in the successful completion of projects within a product or functional area; investigation of matters affecting Frontier; and typically reports to Director.

Function & Responsibilities:

Establishes, maintains, and enforces security regulations and procedures for the organization.  Deals with the security and investigation of matters affecting Frontier’s property, personnel, or information. 

Applies knowledge of federal, state and local security requirements to Company operations, including preparing manuals, outlining requirements, and/or records management.  

Investigates internal and external security issues including, but not limited to, theft, fraud, vandalism, sabotage and workplace violence.  Incumbent reports to the Security Department. 

Monitors or audits the organization to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.  

Investigate allegations of employee (associate and management) misconduct and violations of the Frontier Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.  Works cooperatively with Human Resources on all employee misconduct matters. 

Plan for, respond to, and lead the Security response to natural and man-made disasters, work stoppages, and emergencies 

May also provide executive protection to the senior corporate executives, including residential security.  At public meetings such as shareholder meetings, corporate security coverage and coordination for the Board of Directors and the most senior managers, including the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. 

Required Skills and Experience: 

Extensive expertise in all types of investigations including, but not limited to financial, misconduct, theft, white collar crime, and fraud. Expertise includes interview techniques, social media investigative techniques, knowledge of physical security as well as theft prevention, telephony, law enforcement and legal knowledge.  Law enforcement, social media investigation, corporate security, and copper theft experience preferred.

Excellent computer skills, including a high working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF files, and social media. 

Excellent working knowledge of the corporate structure and the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
