  • Job Description
    • This analyst should excel in a team environment where problem-solving becomes second nature. This team dives deep into large data sets to understand problems, identify trends, draw correlations, and seeks out anomalies that cause deficiencies in our KPIs.   A member of this team must develop deep data knowledge of Frontier business by analyzing heterogeneous information, across multiple systems, for actionable knowledge creation.  Must effectively collaborate and professionally communicate with our internal and external customers to make data-driven decision making a reality.  This contributor must be able to travel as necessary.
    • Required Proficiencies:
      • Align with company mission and goals.
      • General knowledge of telecommunications operations
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ambitious self-starter who can consistently move the needle daily on tasks and goals.
      • Perform deep dive analysis to pinpoint causal factors with superb attention to detail.
      • Apply statistical analysis to extract, combine, and manipulate large data sets to support project hypothesis.
      • Must be able to manage and effectively prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
      • Passionate collaboration with a team of like-minded contributors and leaders.
      • Must be comfortable contributing to, and leading, conference calls with peers and executive leadership.
      • Develop and effectively deliver data driven presentations to business executives and stakeholders.

      • Microsoft Office 365 Suite:
        • Outlook
        • Teams
        • Planner
        • OneNote
        • SharePoint
        • Excel - Advanced (complex formulas, macro/vba, pivots, charts)
        • PowerPoint - Advanced (effective, visually pleasing, and professional presentations)
      • Bachelor's degree or 5 years applicable experience in quantitative analysis.
      • Documented project management training / experience
      • SQL - Desired skill but not required
