What we are seeking:
We seek a dynamic Alternate Channel Sales Leader for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) with the energy and determination to win. With a proven track record in channel sales strategies, revenue growth, and market expansion, you will help us transverse new horizons.  Exceptional leadership skills and a strong understanding of SMB market dynamics are essential. We’re confident in what we’re delivering, and we know you’ll carry that as you build rapport and problem-solve.  This in-person role is inDallas, Texas.
What we need in you:
To excel as an Alternate Channel Sales Leader for SMB, you need a deep understanding of alternative sales channels and SMB customer needs. Building strong relationships with channel partners, leading a team effectively, and adapting to market changes are crucial. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset are key.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute SMB sales channel strategies.
Expand B2B community and real estate relationships.
Manage and grow Master Agent programs and D2D Vendors/Agents.
Distribute small business marketing sales leads.
Direct projects from inception to completion.
Leverage organizational support for SMB sales needs.
Ensure vendor participation and training.
Conduct daily order research and correction.
Manage integration, fulfillment, and commission support for channel sales.
Guide regional SMB sales channel support on execution objectives.

What background you should have:
Strategic thinker and tactical performer
Proven track record of driving sales teams and vendor success
Experience leading diverse teams and fostering creativity
Success in leading sales teams to achieve common goals and revenue generation
Experience in local engagement and community networking
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business required; MBA preferred
Ability to travel 25%+ for vendor recruiting, training, relationship development, trade shows, and events
Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
