Corporate Finance Transformation Intern

Position Summary:

The Finance Transformation organization is responsible for optimization and transformation efforts across all elements of the CFO organization, including financial systems architecture, reporting & analytics, process re-engineering, and financial data management. As a Finance Transformation Intern, you will be tasked with assisting the transformation project managers in support of that mission. 

This individual will assist across all transformation efforts, including but not limited to:

  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Relational and multidimensional database management systems
  • Reporting dashboards
  • Process auditing and mapping
  • Financial Data Management
  • Financial Close Support – both internal management as well as external reporting.


  • Collaborate with business partners in Finance and Accounting to understand, document, and analyze business processes.
  • Communicate status and metrics to management in presentations and dashboards.
  • Serve as a trusted business advisor to the VP & Director of Finance Transformation.
  • Support Frontier’s financial closing process in whatever capacity is needed by the controller’s organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in: Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Not eligible to graduate students.
  • Experience with Excel.
