Description

This role will provide direct analytical support to the OSP Cut Section Director and leadership team by providing and addressing quality assurance over the Cut Section FTTH functions for Prebuild and open for Sale. 

This roles functions include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the development, planning, implementation, preparation, and compiling of quality assurance for FTTH activity and performance, ensuring all addresses and plants are built into the systems accurately and timely, assigns prebuild and open for sale tickets for cut section completion and verifies data for accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Maintains tracker and produces daily status reporting for prebuild and open for sale status, as well as CO jumper request status, and system updates.   
  • Developing and implementing quality checks, preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, documenting results, performing detailed record inspections in various systems to ensure processes were followed and records are accurately built into the various Frontier systems.    
  • This role will lead and develop staff through the performance audits and quality verifications of work performed, develop ways to improve processes, recommending solutions including training needs, and creation of job aids.   
  • This position will be dedicated to these duties in addition to supporting the Director with daily email escalations, as well as other program performance metrics. 
  • This role will develop into a subject matter expert/trainer developing new processes and overseeing existing ones for the Cut Section team, providing support working with cross-functional teams to create automation for manual functions to increase performance accuracy and productivity.  

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of work experience related to project mgmt. or business mgmt. - Telecommunication / Engineering experience is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint – highly proficient in EXCEL
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills – able to multitask is a must skillset
  • Excellent time and experienced project management skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly growing fast-paced environment performing multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to analyze data and present in various formats while identifying gaps and compliance issues
  • Demonstrate success to work across organizational boundaries
  • Strong leadership skills to include influencing skills and significant leadership experience
