Multifamily Contract and Operations Manager

At Frontier, seeing what's beyond the horizon is in our fiber. And we’ve been doing just that for over 80 years – connecting communities with emerging communications technology across the country. At Frontier, we’re transforming our business to break new ground and taking the digital revolution across the nation. We’ve invested over $1.6B to roll out fiber-fast internet to 10m+ homes by 2025. We’re growing our team so you can join us in exploring and opening new frontiers. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to build a powerful foundation for America’s future and yours.

What we’re seeking:
As a Contract and Operations Manager, you will be among the first to undertake this newly created and unique hybrid position. This role is planned as an individual contributor role but has the potential to expand to include having direct reports. You will prepare drafts, review and propose redline responses, lead negotiations, and execute a wide variety of different contracts such as new internet/voice/video agreements, amendments, assignments and assumptions, renewals, and terminations.
You will also play a key role in identifying and executing a variety of internal and client-facing process improvements and customer success initiatives. Your involvement could range from managing projects, data gathering/analysis, assisting on existing projects, leading contract standardization and simplification, Salesforce and CLM tool enhancement efforts, and more!  In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days in the office set by your manager. This is a remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States.

You’re both an independent worker and a collaborative teammate. Ultimately, you’re driven to leverage a wealth of contract management and operational experience to help Frontier win in the Multifamily (MDU) market.

  • Lead contract efforts for Frontier Multifamily

  • Able to identify opportunities for process and systemic improvement, propose solutions, and drive execution independently or cross-functionally

What we offer:
Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it. That’s why we provide benefits to keep you and your family well. Some of which we’re most proud to offer includes:
