Corporate Compensation Intern

Frontier® Communications provides communications services to urban, suburban, and rural communities in 29 states. Frontier Business™ offers communications solutions to small, medium, and enterprise businesses.

Position Description:

Frontier is looking for a Compensation Intern to join the Corporate Compensation Team for the summer. The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled in a college or university and be working towards a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Mathematics. Further, the ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, with a demonstrated ability to apply problem-solving skills in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Internal Reporting of financial data and key business metrics.
  • Financial modeling and report development.
  • Working on varied and moderately complex tasks, ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Providing support to equity administration and reporting.
  • Researching and analyzing data in order to determine appropriate salary grade and title for proposed new positions and re-evaluations of current positions.

Other Skills/Education:

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Mathematics
  • Not eligible to graduate students.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
