What we’re seeking:
We're seeking a Small Business Outbound Sales Executive with the energy and determination to win. As a consultative sales professional, you’ll be responsible for market share penetration and revenue growth by driving 100% new customer acquisition within our small business group. This will be achieved by establishing credibility by understanding the prospective client’s external drivers, business objectives, and internal challenges. You will develop complete solutions tailored to these insights, showcasing Frontier’s world-class products. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Dallas, TX, work location to complete your work responsibilities.

In this sales role, you’ll need a growth mindset and curiosity as you seek new solutions for Small Business. There’s plenty to learn as we traverse new horizons, requiring preparation, open-mindedness, and resilience. We’re confident in what we’re delivering, and we know you’ll carry that as you build rapport and problem-solve. Your strong ability to articulate technical acumen is needed to reach agreements and commitment from our prospects while we build #GigaBitAmerica.
What you’ll do:
Our sales business comprises a network of business customers exceeding 400,000 strong -- serving more than 90% of the Fortune 500. As part of the team, we need you to think strategically so you will accomplish:
- Connecting client business objectives and challenges seamlessly with Frontier’s business solutions, tailored to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
- Dedication to winning 100% new business, including support of pre-and post-sales, building a sales pipeline, and meeting monthly sales objectives.
- Sell value-added services and the core product offering to drive higher revenue per sale.
- Partner with pre-and post-sales support to enhance customer relationships, deliver solutions, and increase revenue.
- Understand our suite of tech offerings, including Fiber Optic, Small Business Voice Solutions, WiFi, Internet Backup, Static IP, Security, and Premium Tech Support.
- Leverage outbound calling as the primary tactic to acquire new business

What background you should have:
- 1-2 years of business experience with a successful track record
- Demonstrated success as an achiever, adept at recognizing and seizing opportunities within the telecommunications sales domain
- Proven track record of STRONG prospecting and business development experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
