POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing strong relationships with our Dealer Partners. The Account Executive will act as the main point-of-contact for their Dealer Partners, supporting their success. As a member of the Freedom Forever Sales team reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Experience, this candidate must have excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of residential solar.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Dealer Partner management and their sales teams
• Act as the main point of contact for Dealer Partners, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Responsible for representing dealers’ voice and present their perspectives to operations and project support teams to continue to drive improvements and engagement plans
• Lead training sessions for managers and sales reps on our systems, processes, and product offerings
• Conduct weekly proactive touch points with all partners
• Collaborate with internal Freedom Forever departments and sales leaders to drive sales initiatives
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing partner satisfaction and sales performance
• Ability to understand technical information and explain it to non-technical stakeholders
• Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Certifications:
• High School Graduate or GED
Experience:
• 2 years + of sales, marketing, or account management experience in the solar industry
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Be enthusiastic about solar and have outstanding communication and people skills
• Excellent videoconferencing abilities, good on the phone and in person
• A strong commitment to customer service
• The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Proficient with analytical, quantitative, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Must be innovative, proactive and a team player
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Basic financial knowledge of revenue and profitability
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
