Position Summary:
 
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll work directly with local branches to support all scheduling functions, including scheduling density, inbound calls, and pipeline management. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while establishing the most efficient operations schedules and adhering to prescribed scheduling guidelines.
 
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Populate schedules through various mediums: phone calls, SMS/texting, and email
  • Take extreme ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution
  • Coordinate with various departments for customer resolutions
  • Understand company and department goals and KPIs, ensuring work streams are aligned
  • Provide feedback to management and other departments regarding processes, tools, and best practices
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support company goals and initiatives
  • With minimal oversight, utilize knowledge bases and other tools to perform scheduling functions while always looking for areas to improve
 
Qualification Requirements:
 
Education & Certifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience:
  • 1 year of solar experience preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relatable experience
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Above-average working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; experience with operational CRM and ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to make decisions without constant supervision
  • Ability to read and interpret job orders and understand solar specifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.) 
If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
