Position Summary   
The Inspection Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Inspection team in running the day-to-day operations for the Inspections department. The Inspection Coordinator is to make sure all the parts that are required to progress a project are done on time, keeping quality and safety in mind at all times.    
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   
  • Manage & track project deliverables and timelines as well as communicate with customers to keep them fully informed 
  • Works with Managers to prepare and update progress schedules 
  • Monitor and assist in the daily production of the office and employees 
  • Monitor the progress of all accounts associated with the assigned department 
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns 
  • Coordinate with departments on a daily basis 
  • Perform other duties as assigned  
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:   
Education & Certifications:   
  • High School Graduate or GED 
Experience:   
  • 1 year of solar experience preferred 
  • 2+ years of administrative experience 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:   
  • Must be proficient at multitasking and competent in project management 
  • Excellent organizational skills required 
  • Excellent telephone skills required 
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required 
  • Excellent customer Inspection skills required 
  • Discretion and confidentiality 
  • Must have outstanding follow-through 
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record
