POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality & Training Specialist at Freedom Forever is a key contributor to driving a culture of excellence by enhancing the quality of work and professional development across the organization. This role combines training and quality assurance responsibilities to ensure adherence to company standards, optimize employee performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Specialist will develop training programs, conduct quality audits, and collaborate with teams to implement process enhancements, making a significant impact on the overall growth and success of the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
     • Develop and deliver training programs that align with business goals, covering new hire 
       onboarding, role-specific upskilling, and cross-departmental learning.
     • Conduct quality audits to assess adherence to company standards, identifying areas for 
       improvement and implementing corrective actions.
     • Provide on-the-job support and coaching to employees, addressing procedural questions and 
       quality-related issues to drive continuous improvement.
     • Use data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor training effectiveness and quality 
       outcomes, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
     • Regularly update training content and processes to reflect current standards and best practices, 
       ensuring consistency and relevance.
     • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to share insights from audits and 
       training evaluations, supporting organizational initiatives aimed at improving quality and 
       operational efficiency.
     • Perform other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
 
Education & Certifications:
      • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in Learning and Development, 
 
Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
     • Understanding of adult learning principles and experience with training program design
     • Experience conducting quality audits and implementing process improvements
     • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage learners and collaborate with teams
     • Data-driven mindset, using analytics to improve training effectiveness
     • Adaptable and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
     • Willing to work on-site and in office 50% of the time throughout the year; Remote 50% of the 
       time throughout the year
     • Work flexible hours or work odd hours, though rarely needed
     • Ability to learn quickly, specifically on new industry and product changes
     • Ability to speak publicly and maintain high energy during speaking or training sessions
     • Willing to speak directly with customers and homeowners should the need arise
       Excellent organizational/time management skills required
     • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Must have a valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record
    • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
 
Special Skills & Training:
    • Management, Training or Quality Control in Construction, General Operations, or Call Center 
       related field
