Compliance Coordinator
Description
Pay Range: $32.00-$35.00/hr + Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits

- Document Preparation & Management:
- Prepare and organize key documents (reports, memos, letters) to support leadership.
- Ensure documents are clear, accurate, and compliant with policies and regulations.

- Dealer Relations Support:
- Provide administrative support for dealer relations, ensuring smooth coordination between dealers and internal teams.
- General Administrative Assistance:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and prepare expense reports for senior leadership.
- Sales Compliance Support:
- Ensure sales documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulations.

- Documentation & Record Management:
- Maintain detailed records of compliance investigations, sales contracts, and financial documentation.
- Internal & External Communication:
- Serve as a contact point for internal teams and external partners to related issues.
- Other Administrative Duties:
- Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Education & Certifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in high-level administrative support, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in project management or agency traffic management is a plus.
- Knowledge of renewable energy is a bonus, though not required.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
