POSITION SUMMARY: 
 
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage various administrative tasks while ensuring the smooth execution of sales compliance activities. They will serve as a vital point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external partners, facilitating clear communication and efficient operations. 
 
 
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
 
  • Document Preparation & Management:  
    • Prepare and organize key documents (reports, memos, letters) to support leadership. 
    • Ensure documents are clear, accurate, and compliant with policies and regulations. 
  • Dealer Relations Support:  
    • Provide administrative support for dealer relations, ensuring smooth coordination between dealers and internal teams.  
  • General Administrative Assistance:  
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and prepare expense reports for senior leadership. 
  • Sales Compliance Support:  
    • Ensure sales documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulations.  
  • Documentation & Record Management:  
    • Maintain detailed records of compliance investigations, sales contracts, and financial documentation. 
  • Internal & External Communication: 
    • Serve as a contact point for internal teams and external partners to related issues.  
  • Other Administrative Duties:  
    • Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. 
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 
 
  • Education & Certifications: 
    • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Experience: 
    • Minimum of 1 year in high-level administrative support, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced setting. 
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
    • Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  
    • Strong time management and organizational skills.  
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.  
    • Experience in project management or agency traffic management is a plus.  
    • Knowledge of renewable energy is a bonus, though not required.
