POSITION SUMMARY:
Pay Range: $23 to $26/hr
The Executive Assistant is responsible for high-level administrative support to senior level leadership by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents
- Support Dealer relations on requested tasks
- Provide general administrative support
- Act as the point of contact between leaders and employees/clients
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g coordinate the preparation of PowerPoint or other presentations for specific dealer or internal meetings)
- Prepare all expense reports, manage Expensify by keeping credit card receipts and reconciling statements; proactively ask for receipts after each business trip
- Provide recommendations for process improvements related to administrative activities
- Correspond and assist sales contractors with questions related to commissions
- Reconcile and track contractor advances, bonuses and deductions
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or other related field preferred
- High School Graduate or GED
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in high-level administrative support
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Office, Excel, etc.)
- Formal project management training highly preferred
- Marketing/agency traffic experience highly preferred
- Excellent time management and deadline driven work ethic
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Internally motivated with the ability to be a change agent
- Experience in renewable energy desired but not required

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.)
If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
