We’re looking for a dedicated Service Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help us shine even brighter!
 
Position Summary:
As a Service Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers’ solar equipment is functioning perfectly by scheduling timely service appointments. You’ll collaborate with the Service Team to keep schedules updated and assist with special requests from colleagues and customers.
 
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage & Track: Oversee project deliverables and timelines, keeping customers fully informed.
  • Collaborate: Work with leaders and the Service Team through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure calendars are up to date.
  • Monitor & Action: Address the backlog for your assigned region daily.
  • Assist: Help with escalated customer issues, coordinating with other departments to find resolutions.
  • Resolve: Address customer complaints by working with other teams to find solutions.
  • Coordinate: Work with various departments daily.
  • Adapt: Perform other duties as assigned to support our mission.
 
Qualification Requirements:
 
Education & Certifications:
  • High School Graduate or GED
 
Experience:
  • Previous solar experience preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of administrative or customer support experience, preferably in a related industry
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficient at multitasking and problem-solving
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong telephone skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook and OneNote required; experience with PowerBI preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
      
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.) 
If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
