Summary:
As our Sales Concierge working within the Dealer Services Division, you’ll support our sales force through all means of communication used at the headquarters level. With training in our company operations and sales processes, you’ll provide excellent customer service through communications with sales teams and customers.  
Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Greet each inbound sales call in a timely and professional manner, respond to questions, and route calls to the appropriate team members for assistance in answering questions when needed
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the organization in the best light possible
  • Collaborate with team members using detailed notes in the relevant system to resolve homeowner questions and needs
  • Assist sales teams with general concerns and inquiries, and convey issues to the sales team for resolution to move the project into the operations pipeline
  • Work with a sense of urgency to ensure all tasks and inquiries are handled/completed within a timely manner
  • Escalate tasks/concerns to the level II position or lead role as needed
  • Assist other departments to confirm dates or appointments such as site audits, installation and inspections with sales
  • Gain a basic understanding of residential solar and stay up to date with company updates in-processes, software, and policies
  • Receive, record, and relay all phone issues to supervisor and/or telephone technician
  • Review installation and finance contracts for signatures, names and title information, and submit all documents according to company requirements
  • Perform Welcome Calls with customers to schedule site audits and answer any initial questions they may have
  • Enter data accurately into various software platforms, including but not limited to the company’s Customer Resource Management platform, phone system and various finance partner portals
  • Other duties as assigned
 Desired Qualifications: 
  • Once year of customer service experience is required
  • One year of solar sales support experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication, customer service, administrative, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using computers and other communications equipment (i.e. phone, instant messaging, video conferencing, email, etc.)
  • Ability to actively listen and comprehend callers' requests while communicating with tact and professionalism in assisting people dealing with stressful situations
  • Ability to maintain focus with frequent, work-related interruptions
  • Develop and maintain cooperative, effective working relationships with others
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and the ability to multitask
  • Can work with urgency to meet deadlines
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Able to work a flexible, rotating schedule including early mornings, late evenings, holidays, Saturdays and Sundays
